This workshop will provide you with basic mental health awareness for your workplace to help you better support your staff and colleagues when they may be experiencing a mental health
problem. You will learn about some of the main mental health illnesses, signs and symptoms and ways that you can help others get through a period of distress. This educational, interactive
workshop would be ideal for managers, supervisors or frontline staff. These tools and tips will help not only in the workplace, but at home with yourself, your family and friends.
